Wag's first walk in Somerset was Christmas Day 1988 whilst we stayed with my daughter and we walked part of the Taunton to Bridgwater Canal towards Bathpool. We moved to Somerset in 1993 and I joined the walking group in 1994.

Wag made many friends during the hundreds of miles she has walked with us, as well as upsetting the odd farmer in her earlier sheep rounding up days!

She finally lost her fight after two years of diet to control liver & kidney problems. At the grand old age of 103 (17½ human years). Sue and I laid her to rest in the garden.

Our thanks to all who used to make a fuss over her and asked after her, particularly during the last few years
