Sunday 3rd February.          Easy                     8miles              4 hrs

Short First:  Glastonbury and the levels – An easy walk from Glastonbury, across the levels to a pub for lunch, then over the Tor and back to Glastonbury.  Just one small climb.  Dogs allowed under control.

Sunday 10th February         Moderate               10 miles           5 hrs

Goblin Combe – Wrington – Wrington Hill – Brockley Combe.

Through fields and woods with fine views, weather permitting.  No dogs allowed.

Meet:  10.00 a.m.  The old quarry by Goblin Combe.  A370 to the Lord Nelson Pub In Cleeve then turn into Cleeve Hill Road.  Explorer 154  Grid Ref. 458656.

Sunday 17th February         Moderate               9 ¼ miles         5-6 hrs

Clevedon Town and Country.  Hilly walk with a few climbs and 2 steep descents.  Court Woods, Walton Common, coast path and crossing both golf and cricket greens.  Coffee and lunch stops.  Fine views across estuary to Wales and Clevedon Court from above in Court Woods.  This is a modified version of the Gordano Round/Clevedon Circular.  Dogs allowed under control.

Meet:  10.00. Walton St Mary area of Clevedon. Park carefully in the Avenue or Castle Road, opposite Golf Club entrance, which is off Holly Lane (B3124)

Mid-week Walk:  Winscombe and surrounding hills. An easy pace; please bring a picnic lunch.  Dogs allowed under control.

Chew Valley Lake.  A hilly walk up and down the valley taking in Stanton Drew and Chew Magna. A café stop for tea and buns at the end of the walk. Dogs under control.
