Sunday  7th June.     Moderate hilly walk           10 miles           5 to 6 hours

Fyne Courte, Broomfield.  Footpaths, tracks, fields and quiet lanes.  Plenty of ‘Ups and Downs. ’No dogs allowed.

Evening walk:- -Uphill.  Across the sands, round the reserve and up to the windmill and Church.  Supper snack at the Ship Inn at the end of the walk.

Sunday 14th June.         Moderate              7½ miles approx.      4½ Hours

Bradford on Avon, Westwood and Avoncliff.  A walk of great interest and variety. Waterside stretches, farmland and woodland with views over Frome and Avon valleys. Historic interest of Saxon Church, Tithe barn and aquaduct of Avoncliff.  Time at the end to look around Bradford-on-Avon. No dogs allowed

Wednesday 17th June.            Easy/moderate.    5-6 miles.             3-4 hours

Mid Week Walk:  Winscombe and surrounding hills.

An easy pace; please bring a picnic lunch.  Dogs allowed under control.

Sunday 21st June          Moderately hilly walk             5½ miles

Backwell Round.  A mixture of footpaths, bridleways, tracks and roads. Mostly flat with a steep ascent up to Backwell hill and back around the top of the quarry.

Sunday 21st June.         Moderately hilly walk             12 miles

Ozleworth Bottom – Quintessential Cotswolds; steep sided valleys with meandering streams. This undulating walk is mostly along tracks and quiet lanes with several easy climbs. It may be muddy along the valley beside the stream.

Directions: M5 Jct 14 East on B4509 to Charfield. Turn left. Onto B4058 go through Charfield Green. Right turn onto B4062 Charfield Road to Kingswood. Left to Hillesley. At War memorial sharp left to Alderley.

Wednesday 24th June.       Easy          2 hours

Evening walk:- Hazel Manor.  This is a special guided tour through the grounds of Hazel Manor.  A one off chance to visit the ‘Will Woodlands Charity’s Estate’  on the Mendips, known as  Hazel Manor Farm. A woodland of approximately 501 acres. Bring your cameras to photograph some of the woodland’s special sights and views across the lake. On completion we can go down to the Ring O’Bells for supper and a pint of Butcombe. Further details of the estate can be found on the web under Hazel Manor.

Meet:-6:30 pm at Hazel Manor Lodge, Nordrach Lane, Compton Martin. Go up Burrington Combe and along the B3134. Turn left at 4th turning after the cattle grid at the top of Burrington Combe.  Explorer 141 Grid Ref:  525 562

Sunday 28th June.  Easy to moderate walking with low or short hills  7 miles

Bourton Combe and Barrow Court area.

Woodlands, fields and quiet lanes, with possibility of views in unexplored places.  Dogs allowed under control

Sunday 28th June.  Moderate with a couple of long steep ascents 12.8 miles

Alternative walk:-Dartmoor.

Very good walk offers great views and much of interest, including a prehistoric stone row at SX673825 and several characteristic Dartmoor longhouses. Refreshments at the Warren House Inn, third highest pub in England. This will be at the end of the walk
