– A Frome Valley walk. A hidden
countryside/river walk with some surprises. Picnic. Meet: 10.30am.
Oldbury Court car park. Route: on entering Fishponds look for
William Hill (bookmaker). On
the left, turn sharp left, follow road down to Oldbury Court car park,

delightful scenic walk following some little used footpaths. Some difficult

miles 5 Hrs Alternative walk Lacock to Derry
Hill (Wiltshire) Circular walk. A walk through fields, alongside River Avon
with views of Lacock Abbey. Onto Derry Hill for lunch (pub if required).
Return to Lacock along disused Wilts and Berks canal, passing partly
restored Pewsham locks. Time for a walk round Lacock and tea rooms at
end of walk. Meet:-10:00

Moderate. 7 and 14 miles. Special Event:-Joint Woodspring and Clevedon Ramblers Coach Trip to Weymouth The walks will consist of a short, easy to
moderate circular walk about 7 miles around Abbotsbury to include part
of the coast path and a long moderate linear walk of 12 to14 miles to
Weymouth with a possible pub stop. For the short walk there will be
time to wander round in Weymouth before the coach leaves at 5pm.
Arrive back at Worle approx. 7pm Meet:-The coach will pick up at Worle bus stop by Homebase at 08:00 and Clevedon at 08:15 Coach tickets £10 each must be pre-booked.
