Information for New Walkers WELCOME to Clevedon Ramblers Click onunderlined text to reach further details

Although Clevedon is our official title we have members living, not only in Clevedon, but also in Portishead, Yatton, Nailsea and other nearby towns and villages; wherever you live, you are most welcome to join us on our walks – we’d love to meet you. We are always particularly pleased to welcome visitors to our area who are either on holiday or visiting friends or relatives in the area.
New walkers are always welcome - just turn up at the meeting place, or phone Sue (01275 848075) who will arrange for some one to meet you and introduce you to the other walkers.

All sporting and leisure activities have inherent hazards associated with them and rambling is no exception. In spite of the safety of members always being the paramount concern, accidents will occasionally occur. It is important, therefore, that when entering into the activity, each member appreciates that they have a responsibility to identify the hazards associated with the activity and take all reasonable steps to eliminate or minimize the potential for an accident to arise
